01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the i999 platform — including the website at https://i999.im, any associated mobile interface, or any service offered under the i999 brand — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the i999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the i999 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and i999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

02 Eligibility

To register an account and use the i999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. i999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to open an account or place any bet or wager on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of i999 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You have not been excluded from online gambling platforms or self-excluded through any responsible gaming programme, whether operated by i999 or any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition, including addiction, that impairs your capacity to make informed decisions regarding gambling.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the i999 platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if any information changes. i999 accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to keep account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify i999 support immediately at [email protected].

• Account registration is free of charge.
• i999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

04 Deposits & Payments

All funds deposited into your i999 account are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). i999 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at i999's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. i999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which i999 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. i999 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or banking cutoff times.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• i999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its verification procedures.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered within 12 months of deposit may be subject to the inactive account policy described in Section 3.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the i999 cashier. All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. i999 reserves the right to require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of your account.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal (see Section 6).
• i999 may delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending verification review, or a dispute in progress.
• If a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original deposit method, i999 will contact you to arrange an alternative verified payment method.
• i999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

i999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the point of offer and may include minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry timeframes.

General bonus conditions that apply across all i999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• i999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any commitments already made to players who have satisfied the relevant terms.
• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Free spins winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap, which will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the i999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant betting or gaming section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable to all products:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. i999 is not responsible for odds changes occurring after bet confirmation.
• i999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, or bets placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event, as displayed in the betting interface. i999 reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, i999 will rely on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA).
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. i999 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to technical interruptions during live events.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Operating more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any platform vulnerability to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the i999 platform or its content.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the i999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of i999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from i999.
• Use the i999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on platform content, game mechanics, or software.

10 Privacy & Data

i999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

i999 implements industry-standard technical security measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and i999 cannot warrant absolute security against all possible threats.

i999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems solely as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

i999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time limits: Restrict the amount of time you can spend on the platform per session or per day.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that affect your ability to use the platform.

In all cases where i999 is found to be liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude i999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

i999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, i999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Terms & Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which i999 operates internationally. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
